Amazing...

10 weeks ago I was headed for the hospital in preparation for Sam's arrival. I was excited, scared, and tired but so ready for him. When pregnant with Cate I often thought to myself how can I possibly love another child as much as I love Kennedy? As soon as she came out I understood how...it was easy. Then I became pregnant with number 3 and thought about this again. How will I find more love and more of myself to give to someone else? When he was born there was this instant connection...instant love...instant I would do anything for this person. It amazes me as to how much love we have within ourselves to give to our children. I feel something special with Sam. I am not saying that I love him anymore than I do my girls but I feel some sort of connection with him. He needs me more than they do. The moment I speak to him or hold him he calms down. He loves his Momma...maybe it's a boy thing? I love all 3 of my kids with all of my heart and would die for each and every one of them. I will do everything in my power to make sure they are happy and safe throughout their lives.

Anyway, Sam is going to be 10 weeks tomorrow and I can't believe how the time has flown by. He has changed so much. He smiles and laughs all of the time and coos. He is just so cute. For St. Patty's Day I bought him a My 1st St. Patrick's Day onesie...so cute...he then proceeds to have a HUGE blowout and I have to take it off. THEN...my MIL buys him a My 1st Easter onesie...before I take a picture he has another blowout. He has only had 2 blowouts his entire 10 weeks of life...both being on the holidays. Dean says he is trying to tell us to quit buying those things...LOL!!

I agree with Dean - Boys don't seem to like to be "dressed up" so maybe he's trying to tell you in his own 10 week old way - "Mom, stop putting this crap on me" LOL.
Wow I can't beleive he'll be 10 weeks already it seems like you were just dropping Cate off with me for a prenatel appt!
