Another one bites the dust....

Last night I got Cate to bed around 11pm and everything was fine. When we got up this morning Cate seemed to be a lot better and I thought whew we are on the road to recovery! After about an hour though she went downhill. She was just laying on the couch and not doing too much. She had a low fever as well so I decided to call the Dr. and get her an appt. I was able to get her in at 3:40 this afternoon. Of course it started raining cats and dogs as I tried to get us all out of the house too. Typical!! We get to the Drs and everything is going good except that the power went off for about a minute and the girls were like AHHHHHHH! Dark as hell in that room! Cate did great for the strep/flu and cbc test. NOTHING like Kennedy....what a big girl! She ended up having an ear infection and bronchitis. They put her on a strong antibiotic to knock it all out. Poor kid but hopefully she will feel better soon.

Kennedy isn't doing any better. Unfortunately, I think she caught what we have on top of having the strep last week. She feels bad still and I will be keeping her home again tomorrow. WOOHOO fun days here in Savannah! I am still sick as well. My head is totally clogged yet my nose is like a faucet. This crap is for the birds!!

Well, I am off to bed here shortly!! Hopefully tomorrow is a well day in the Atchison house.
