I have the Mirena IUD and hated it at first. Now things are fine. Is that what you have? When did you get it? What problems are you having?
Yes, I have the Mirena IUD. I have had it in for over a year now and at first thought things were great. Then, I started being exhausted ALL of the time, depressed, horrible mood swings, and just blah! So, I put in my different symptoms and it kept coming up with the IUD. Now, I have to wait until May 18th to get it out!! Crazy stuff and LOADS of women with the exact same symptoms.
i'm glad i'm not the only one who hates her IUD!! I can't stand it - I have HORRIBLE back pains and cramps like crazy now and I get my vistor at least 2 times a month whereas before (on the depo shot) I wasn't getting any of those AT ALL. Wierd since it's the same horomone. Sorry your not liking it. Why do you have to wait to get it out?
Glad you played along! :) Sorry about the crappy IUD experience.
How was the getting it out part? Was it as bad as it going in?
The getting out part was SOOOO much easier than going in. It hurt for all of half a second. I am so glad it is out.
