Wednesday Fun

Today was playgroup day. We went over to a friends house and had a baby shower for another friend. I can't believe how many people were there and it was slightly crazy. Our group is finally so great. We have it just how we want it and it is great! I love my Mom friends!

I have been super tired though because the Samonator thinks it is cool to make Mommy get out of bed 89 times a night to put the paci back in. I was up the night before almost all night and then last night from 4:15am and I fell back to sleep around 6am but then we were up for good at 7am. I swear if he wasn't so damn cute he would be out to the curb by now.

We got our electric bill and it was $258!!!! OUCH!! I quickly turned up our A/C from 68 to 72. I have the fans on now and trying to make the girls keep the back door shut etc. Dean also got us a ceiling fan for our bedroom today. It is really nice and he got it for a great price. Benefit of having him work with fans...LOL! The smart man that he is decided he wanted to put it up tonight. I said don't you need the power off?? He said yes but said I could stand there with a flashlight. Anyway, his drill stopped working and he couldn't see crap. Hmmmm....smart man he is. I guess we will try again tomorrow when he gets home from work. It is going to look really nice though.

Also, we received the kit to take apart our recalled crib. We have to send them our bolts and sticker with the model number etc. and then they will send us the voucher and we will get a new bed. Kind of a pain in the ass but oh well. I did get a new crib set though and I can't wait to use it once we get the new bed. I think I want a dark crib now instead of white. Not sure though.



We met Dean at the pool tonight and went swimming. The kids LOVE the pool. I like it because we have fun but it also wears them out!
