What part of that don't most Americans understand? Nothing pisses me off more than some dumb ass driving in the passing lane doing 5mph under the speed limit.The signs "LEFT LANE FOR PASSING ONLY" and "SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT" are there for a reason: it's the law and it has a purpose. Not to mention that it is common courtesy and shows other drivers respect.
The main reason for staying out of the left lane is to give emergency vehicles a channel to get through traffic. The next reason is to allow people to pass safely in the left lane where passing on the right is much more dangerous since the slower flow should be on the right. The last reason is one of respect- if a person is not going to go the speed limit they should get out of the way of those who would like to.
This is not a novel concept, the traffic signs that say "LEFT LANE FOR PASSING ONLY" and "SLOWER TRAFFIC KEEP RIGHT" have been there for years but most people are oblivious to them. (thanks to Leftlaneidiots.com)

grrr, I knew I should have reread what I wrote. That should say "full" not pull LoL
Do I sense a pattern here? Have you encountered some traffic issues lately? IMO the right lane is for people going the speed limit too - the left lane is for those of us to whom the speed limit is just a suggestion LMAO - that includes you christina aka crazy driver lol.
Bri - would have fit better if it was 'pool' instead of 'pull' lol. Even though I have to say that a pool of piss and vinegar wouldn't be very fun to swim in! haha
